Can You Really See The Real Me?! ;D

CAN YOU REALLY SEE THE REAL ME : official theme of Acquiantance Party 2010 of INFORMATICS CALOOCAN

A night to remember, a night of chance of getting to know and be acquianted with fellow students, and a night full of joy laughter and prices. surely the  acquiantance party of informatics caloocan was a big hit with its "Masquerade Ball" theme. Alot of students dress up just like an arisctocrats of europe, hiding their face with their self-made, gorgeous masks.

As one of the officers and member of IT club it gives us satisfaction as we saw each students having fun and enjoying the night. Not to mention the plate service dinner with a buffet style which ever students have the privelege to go back and get some foods again. Well on my part i was able to go back twice because i really love italian foods. A small program was held that night prepared by IMAC club (Informatics Music and Arts Club). They dances and sings their heart out just to give every students an entertainment that they want.

The IT club officers and advicer Mr. Richard Guadana prepared some hand made prices such as printed shirt and tumblers with the official informatics acquaiantance party 2010 logo. I actually won one of the tumblers. And there were also hand made souvenirs made by us, a mask like keychain that were distributed to the attendees.

As the night gets deep. They also start to open the dance floor outside the  function hall which for me is a romantic place. to think that you were actually on the 34th floor of the building. and an overlooking bay.

Around 12 midnight the program and party has officially ended. Kudos to the officers and all the part of activity , and Kudos to the students who participated in a once year activity of Informatics Caloocan.

with my classmates.. CHEERS!!

OMG!! its USHER....

As per my research, Usher Raymond IV was born in October 14, 1978 at Dallas Texas. He is the son of Jonetta Patton and Usher Raymond III. Usher spent the majority of his young life in Chattanooga: his father left the family when Usher was one year old, and they relocated to Chattanooga, where Usher lived with his mother, then-step father, and half-brother, James Lackey, born in 1984. Directed by his mother, Usher joined the local church youth choir in Chattanooga when he was nine years old; there, his grandmother discovered his ability to sing, although it was not until Usher joined a singing group that she considered he could sing professionally. In the belief that a bigger city would provide greater opportunities for showcasing his talent, Usher's family moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where there was a more conducive environment for beginning singers. While in Atlanta, Usher attended North Springs High School. Usher's father died of a heart attack on January 21, 2008.

Who is USHER as a singer?! :)

If Usher's 1994 self-titled debut album wasn't embraced universally by critics, the enormous commercial success of Usher made the recording an outstanding beginning, and the fact that the singer was like just a 16 years old at the time of its release only redoubles its impressiveness. After forming a bond with sought after producer/rapper Sean "Puffy" Combs, who had overseen Usher's first album, the young artist teamed up with award-winning producers Antonio "L. A." Reid and Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds to create the follow-up album entitled My Way. Several strong singles, including the chart-topping "You Make Me Wanna" and "Nice & Slow," My Way ensured that Usher would obtain platinum-selling certification along with his high school diploma.

Setting his sights upon acquiring a range of talents, Usher had concentrated on honing his vocal skills and songwriting, and even began to dabble as an actor in several television series, including Moesha, opposite singer Brandy, and in films such as The Faculty and the 2001 Western Texas Rangers. By the early 2000s, Usher was ready to put all his talents together in an enterprise of hitmaking at a new level. Two powerhouse CD releases, 8701 and Confessions, made Usher a top-rank R&B and pop star by 2004.

cover album of CONFESSIONS

How bout Somethin.. PERSONAL?? :D

In 2001, Usher began dating former TLC member Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas, who had a child with producer Dallas Austin. Their relationship lasted for two years: they broke up in December 2003, followed by a media frenzy surrounding the personal nature of Usher's fourth album, Confessions. His fans inferred the reason he and Thomas split is due to infidelity on his part, giving allusions to the lyrics of the songs. In an interview on The Bert Show on Atlanta's Q100 in February 2004, Thomas claimed that Usher cheated on her: "Usher did the ultimate no-no to me ... I will never be with him again, and that is that". Usher defended: "... it just didn't work out. But cheating is not what caused the relationship to collide and crash. That ain't what broke it up". Following their break-up, Usher briefly dated English model-actress Naomi Campbell in September 2004.

In January 2007, he proposed to his then stylist girlfriend Tameka Foster. She has a son from when she was a teenager, as well as two sons with Atlanta clothier Ryan Glover. In February 2007, Usher announced their engagement. After the sudden cancellation of a planned July wedding due to medical concerns, the two were wed on August 3, 2007 in a private ceremony. Their son Usher Raymond V was born on November 26 of the same year. On December 10, 2008, Tameka gave birth to their second child, Naviyd Ely Raymond. In February 2009, in São Paulo, Brazil, Tameka Raymond suffered a cardiac arrest prior to having cosmetic surgery. The procedure, reportedly liposuction was never performed, and Raymond was put into a medically induced coma to aid her recovery. She was later transferred to a larger hospital. Usher canceled his performance at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis's pre-Grammy Gala. Davis told party-goers the singer had to bow out due to a "serious injury in the family ". After a week of recovery, Raymond's surgeon issued a statement saying that she "is doing very well". In June 2009, Usher filed for divorce from Foster after claiming they lived separately for nearly a year. However Tameka's family and friends claim the two were never separated and he was living in their Atlanta home until March 2009. The two were seen together holding hands in January 2009 during President Obama's Inauguration in Washington, DC. Insiders speculated that when images of him alongside Def Jam Music employee Grace Miguel began to surface in Los Angeles, the singer promptly filed for divorce.

Usher , Wife and kids

Other Affiliation of Mr.RnB himself USHER.. ;)

Aside from recording, Usher went into other business. He had established his own record label, US Records, and is a part owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers franchise. Usher was also instrumental in starting and continuing the career of teen singer Justin Bieber. He has also been appearing in films, debuting in the 1998 film The Faculty. While also starring in Light It Up and In the Mix. Usher founded his record label US Records, a vanity label, in 2002. The label is a subsidiary of Clive Davis's J Records, which is distributed by Sony BMG. The first album released by US was the soundtrack to In the Mix in late 2005, which was used to introduce the label's acts, such as rapper Rico Love, Canadian teen R&B artist Justin Bieber, R&B vocal group One Chance, and singer Rayan. Usher served as songwriter-producer in the project.

Usher, whose group bought with a reported total purchase price of $375 million, is a part owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers franchise. He became the third pop artist to own a large stake in an NBA team. In addition to this, Usher has opened several restaurants.

Usher server as the contestant mentor for the Top 10 Week of Season 9 of American Idol. He has recently appeared on the ITV1 show Britain's Got Talent on 5 June 2010.

How about something noble huh?

Usher had founded New Look, a non-profit charity organization which aims to "provide young people with a new look on life through education and real-world experience". Its flagship project, camp New Look, ran from July 11 to July 23, 2005 in Clark Atlanta University. In 2006, the charity started an initiative called Our Block, for which it helped rebuild and revitalize city blocks in New Orleans. The project went on one street at a time, and the funding was helped through part of the proceeds of Usher's team-up with Armani Exchange in creating "Love 4 Life" dog tags, which were made available at the company's stores and Web site.

In 1999, Usher participated in "Challenge for the Children", a benefit basketball game hosted by American boy band 'N Sync. The event, which was held on the campus of Georgia State University, had raised an estimated $50,000 for several local charities.[104] In 2005, Usher is one among the artists who signed on for a Hurricane Katrina relief concert. He has also performed a public service     announcement to promote Do Something's campaign for civic engagement.

Globe, Smart, and Sun, each of this network is good in their own ways, each network is doing everything just to satisfy and gain more subscriber from time to time they always come up with a new Promo or Service. It’s already up to the customer or user to decide what network to use that will fit their lifestyle and will fit their budget, because our country is really suffering from a big shortage of everything. In my opinion Globe is the most expensive network in our country followed by SMART. I considered SUNCELL as the most cheapest network provider in our country this is just in terms of call or text services. But if were going to base it with the Signal I prefer SMART, it has the strongest both GSM and HSDPA or WCDMA signal, HSDPA and WCDMA is use for internet service. This is just my opinion I have nothing against the network listed above. So let’s just be wise and make sure that we are using the right network. J

POEMS POEMS POEMS..

these are some of my Poems way back highschool..  ;)

What I Love About You

I love the way you look at me,
Your eyes so bright and blue.
I love the way you kiss me,
Your lips so soft and smooth.

I love the way you make me so happy,
And the ways you show you care.
I love the way you say, "I Love You,"
And the way you're always there.

I love the way you touch me,
Always sending chills down my spine.
I love that you are with me,
And glad that you are mine.

Never Have I Fallen

Your lips speak soft sweetness
Your touch a cool caress
I am lost in your magic
My heart beats within your chest

I think of you each morning
And dream of you each night
I think of your arms being around me
And cannot express my delight

Never have I fallen
But I am quickly on my way
You hold a heart in your hands
That has never before been given away

I Will Love You Forever

I love you so deeply,
I love you so much,
I love the sound of your voice
And the way that we touch.
I love your warm smile
And your kind, thoughtful way,
The joy that you bring
To my life every day.
I love you today
As I have from the start,
And I'll love you forever
With all of my heart.

MY HANDY DANDY CELLPHONE .. ;)

Mobile phones or cellular phones known as one of the most popular, influential and well –known gadget for communication ever made. With its small size it comes with big features. As time goes by there were a lot of discoveries and improvements  made to enhance and maximize the capability and power of mobile phones
The history of mobile phones begins with early efforts to develop radio telephone technology and from two-way radios in vehicles and continues through emergence of modern mobile phones and associated services.
Radiophones have a long and varied history going back to Reginald Fessenden's invention and shore-to-ship demonstration of radio telephony, through the Second World War with military use of radio telephony links and civil services in the 1950s, while hand-held mobile radio devices have been available since 1973. Mobile phone history is often divided into generations (first, second, third and so on) to mark significant step changes in capabilities as the technology improved over the years.
First generation: Cellular networks
The main technological development that distinguished the First Generation mobile phones from the previous generation was the use of multiple cell sites, and the ability to transfer calls from one site to the next as the user travelled between cells during a conversation. The first commercially automated cellular network (the 1G generation) was launched in Japan by NTT in 1979. The initial launch network covered the full metropolitan area of Tokyo's over 20 million inhabitants with a cellular network of 23 base stations. Within five years, the NTT network had been expanded to cover the whole population of Japan and became the first nation-wide 1G network.
Second generation: Digital networks
In the 1990s, the 'second generation' (2G) mobile phone systems emerged, primarily using the GSM standard. These 2G phone systems differed from the previous generation in their use of digital transmission instead of analog transmission, and also by the introduction of advanced and fast phone-to-network signaling. The rise in mobile phone usage as a result of 2G was explosive and this era also saw the advent of prepaid mobile phones
Third generation: High speed IP data networks
As the use of 2G phones became more widespread and people began to utilise mobile phones in their daily lives, it became clear that demand for data services (such as access to the internet) was growing. Furthermore, experience from fixed broadband services showed there would also be an ever increasing demand for greater data speeds. The 2G technology was nowhere near up to the job, so the industry began to work on the next generation of technology known as 3G. The main technological difference that distinguishes 3G technology from 2G technology is the use of packet switching rather than circuit switching for data transmission[21]. In addition, the standardization process focused on requirements more than technology (2 Mbit/s maximum data rate indoors, 384 kbit/s outdoors, for example).
Growth of mobile broadband and the emergence of 4G
Although mobile phones had long had the ability to access data networks such as the Internet, it was not until the widespread availability of good quality 3G coverage in the mid 2000s that specialised devices appeared to access the mobile internet. The first such devices, known as "dongles", plugged directly into a computer through the USB port. Another new class of device appeared subsequently, the so-called "compact wireless router" such as the Novatel MiFi, which makes 3G internet connectivity available to multiple computers simultaneously over Wi-Fi, rather than just to a single computer via a USB plug-in.
( resource of history and evolution www.wikipedia.com  )

Some features of a common mobile phones were for the use of texting and calling. But as time passed by, evolution of mobile phones were made, such as it can be used for capturing videos and still pictures, music and sound playback and even surfing the internet in just one click away of your cellphones.
But of course this handheld gadgets cause a lot of issues nowadays. Since almost every person Especially in Philippines are using mobile phones, they already maximize its features specially for texting. Network providers offers a lot of promos for texting, calling and internet surfing. And because of this people tend to abuse this offers. They use this for spamming of messages and become the root of scamming, phising of personal  information and even use to threat someone. Those were just only few things that they can do using their mobile phones and using its text features.

( some examples of mobile phones )

One of the latest issue nowadays specially for teenagers is what they called “ JEJEMONS “ , it is a pop culture phenomenon in the Philippines. Jejemons are defined by  Dictionary as those "who has managed to subvert the English language to the point of incomprehensibility and online lynch squads. A Jejemon is described as one of a "new breed of hipsters who have developed not only their own language and written text but also their own sub-culture and fashion.
The word "Jejemon" supposedly originated from online users' penchant to type in "hehehe" as "jejeje", either because "jeje" is derived from Spanish, whose speakers denote the interjection as laughter, or because the letters "h" and "j" are beside each other, and that it is appended by "-mon" that came from the Japanese anime Pokémon, with "-mon" meant as "monster," hence "jeje monsters
The origins of short-handed typing was through the short messaging service, in which each text message is limited to 160 characters. As a result, an "SMS language" developed in which words were shortened in order to fit the 160-character limit. Although some jejemons aren't really "conserving" characters instead they are lengthening it. The Jejemons are said to be the new "jologs", a term used for Filipinos of the lower income class. Jejemons are often attributed to be of inferior intellect, but this belief may be wrong as a number of them exist in exclusive schools, science high schools and popular colleges. The parameters of being classified as a Jejemon are still unclear, and how the different "levels" of "Jejemonism" are reached, although there are named levels such as "mild," "moderate" and "severe" or "terminal.
Examples: ( source www.wikipedia.com )
§  Filipino: "3ow ph0w, mUsZtAh nA?" translated into Filipino as "Hello po, kamusta na?, translated into English as "Hello, how are you?"
§  English: "i wuD LLyK tO knOw moR3 bOut u. crE 2 t3ll mE yur N@me? jejejejeje!" translated into English as "I would like to know more about you, care to tell me your name? Hehehehe!"
§  aQcKuHh- means me/ako
§  lAbqCkyOuHh- means I love you
§  yuHh- means you
§  jAjaJa- garbled words conveying laughter
§  jeJejE- a variation of jAjaJa; conveys sly laughter
§  iMiszqcKyuH- means I miss you
§  eEoWpFhUeEhsxz - means hi/hello

Initial reaction to the Jejemons is irritation and bewilderment. In many social networking sites, Jejemons are likely to encounter hate; some had seen their Facebook wall with people wishing their death. Several Facebook fan pages were created both in support and against the group. However, celebrities such as Rico BlancoAlessandra de RossiCes Drilon, and Lourd de Veyra have condemned the wholesale ridicule of the subculture.
YouTube videos were also uploaded parodying the Jejemons, connecting them to the current election campaign. Edited television advertisements of Nacionalista Party proclaiming their disdain for Jejemons, and an edited photograph of Gilberto Teodoro with him holding a sign saying that the Jejemons be "brought back to elementary school" went viral. ( source www.wikipedia.com )

As part of the pre-school year clean-up of schools for the upcoming 2010-11 school year, the Department of Education (DepEd) strongly discourages students from using Jejemon spelling and grammar, especially in text messaging. Communicating with other using Jejemon are said to cause deterioration of young Filipino students’ language skills.
Over all using mobile phones or anything is ok, but of course abusing it is a different issue. J
